Call it our psychic powers, animal intuition or any other name you can think of. When you're hurting, we know. We can feel your sadness eminating through your usually happy soul. We don't always understand why you're in pain but we recognize the feeling and will do our best to comfort you. My chicken bird always makes me feel better and this is what I offer you.
